Whole/Half Beef Options

Hanging weight is all the meat, bone, and fat of the sides of beef when placed in the cooler to age. Our steers have hanging weights that range from 550-750 pounds with the average weight of 640 pounds  whole and 320 pounds per half.


Final weight of the vacuum-sealed cuts of meat are approximately 60% of the hanging weight. Customers choose how the meat is processed by completing the cut sheet and sending to WW farms along with a $400 deposit ($200 for half).
